River tumbled shungite is black shungite that has been gently tumbled only to knock off the rough edges - just until rounded, but left unpolished.
The top of this piece of shungite has a natural dip where the heart naturally rests.
The sodalite chunk is actually an incense holder (see photos) - you can see the tiny hold drilled in the middle to hold a stick of incense. The base of the sodalite has been covered with soft felt.
Sodalite clears negative energy, improves focus and intuition. It is said to promote awakening and stimulate the third-eye chakra and pineal gland. It also works on the throat chakra, assisting in self-expression and confidence, and helping clear mental confusion.
